Build Classrooms and Schools

The Prophet ﷺ said,

“Allāh, the angels, the inhabitants of the Heavens and the Earth, even the ant in its hole and even the fish in the sea, send blessings upon the one who teaches the people good.”

[Hadith: Tirmidhi]

Due to the widespread poverty across Africa, education is often neglected and unaffordable. At Invitation To Islam (ITI), we feel that it is important to educate children so that they can have good prospects for their future. Therefore, ITI actively tries to improve the education facilities across the regions we have visited where there are often no schools or classrooms.

ITI builds classrooms and schools for boys and girls. They are taught a range of subjects, including Arabic, English, Maths, French and Islamic Studies. Teaching children a variety of subjects will help them both in this life and the Hereafter. It is hoped that some of these students will become teachers themselves and subsequently teach their own communities in the future In Sha Allāh.
